finally finished

Tyler loves blankets so i have been working on this one for quite a while. Now all that is left is binding it and sending it off to be quilted....Whoo hoo.

Fun in the sun!

We had the chance to go for a small drive and go play at a public pool for a few hours....I say we had a blast. My back would say otherwise....it is soooo burned. LOL.

Zach's favorite part was the huge water slide..... I was so happy he could swim to the lifeguard after he came off of it.

I was trying to get self portraits of us and my picture taking abilities were not up to par.

Luckily, someone else took two of us. I loved the smushed face look :-)
This was so cheap to spend a few hours in the son. 50 cents per child and 1.50 for me whooo hoo.

Spa Pedicures...Night out!

My buddy Felicia for Graduation gave me a pedicure gift certificate and since she is due to have her baby anyday now we decided to use it! Boy am I glad I did this right after camping for 5 days. :-)

Felicia has always been a huge support to me. She listens to my troubles and we hang out when ever we can just to shoot the breeze. She totally rocks as a friend and I am glad she is one of my best friends.

Girls Camp 2009

I got my tie-dyed T-shirt. Not packed. Probably should be but I am soooooo ready for Camp! I have always wanted to go to camp. I got to go once as a youth and now I am getting to go as a leader whooooo hooo. I should probably pack soon!

Disneyland 2009

We took a trip after school was done to the 2nd happiest place on earth. We had fun.

Zach loved the roller coasters finally! He is tall enough to ride every ride. He wasn't brave enough to conquer tower of terror this year but he was pretty great the whole trip.
Tyler loved to be stationary or on Its a small world.
Dumbo was also his favorite.

We had fun at the character breakfast meeting some of the characters.

He was not fond of the dark scary rides....oh well.I am grateful for the help we had with Tyler so Kenny and I could ride the rides together.

Sunday wrap up!

Sundays have been crazy over the last month or so. Everyone has been tired and cranky....oh the mid year 9am church. I love it but all of a sudden the kids are extremely tired.

Luckily, Tyler was in a good mood this Sunday he did his usual roll up in his blanket while I got Zach ready.

Finally Finished with my Last Big Project

So all throughout nursing school my goal was to finish so that I would have money to fix the boys room up. It was this pukey green color that my husband couldnt stand. We had painted it back when Zach was 2 yrs old to a safari theme. Now it is AWESOME! I not only painted it but organized it and the closet looks amazing.
