Brotherly Love

I can't believe Zach will be 3 on Sunday or that I am the mother of two children. Time goes by so fast. This was a picture we got of the boys a couple days ago. Zachary loves Tyler. Tyler thinks Zachary is pretty funny most of the time.

Zach Facts: Going to be 3. Sniff Sniff. Favorite Song: Popcorn popping on the Apricot Tree. Loves to Play with cars and Read books (Or have books read to him) He runs to the fridge 40 times a day just to look..I was told that is a habit of mine too. Oops. He loves to play with his friends and just started to dance while in the car. Really cute.

Tyler Facts: Just turned 6 months old. Favorite song: Wheels on The bus. No matter how much he cries you can sing that song and he's happy again. Loves to laugh and eat. When he laughs he snorts. Very rarely do we get the full blown giggle out of him. He also loves to grab only my food while I am eating.....don't know why that is.

The First Real Trip to the Dentist.

After 3 years we figured it was time to send Zachary to the Dentist. The First time he had gone was 6 months ago. However, I don't count that visit because he had decided to eat his goldfish crackers while waiting and looking at teeth after that is nearly impossible. So, We went to the dentist and Zach loved it. I personally think he just liked the hygenist but he was a real trooper while the dentist checked his teeth. Afterwards, he was thrilled that someone else was brushing his teeth with the cool toothbrush. Luckily, there were no cavities so it was a very positive experience. When the appointment was over, Zach was so happy because he got to pick out two toys and got a brand new Blues Clue's toothbrush. He doesn't even watch the show but its a dog so he loves it.

Not to mention, brush his teeth every five seconds.

Preschool Time!!!

Zachary started Preschool and boy is he excited. He was first to take home the class pet, BINGO and thought that was the coolest thing. For days he carried Bingo everywhere. The mall, grocery store, and church. That's just to name a few of the places. Let's just say by the time Bingo was ready to go back to school he needed a bath. Thank goodness for a washing machine.

Zachary's first day went well.. he came home so independent. Didn't need help with anything...especially not going potty. It was a happy sad moment. My little boy was growing up.

It is so much fun to see him learning and growing. He loves to talk about his teacher, Miss Heather and of course the number 2. I still don't know why he loves that number so much.... He goes to Preschool two days a week and everytime he walks out the door and sees me he says, "Mommy I've made a present for you." I always look forward to that. What a great kid!

Tyler Buddy!

Isn't he Cute! This is Tyler now almost 6 months old. He is such a happy baby and life would not be complete without him in our family. He loves to grab things around the house and almost always has his hands in my food when I am trying to eat. Someday soon he can eat what I eat. He started rolling over about a month ago and not he is trying his best to crawl....I'm definately not ready for that one to happen yet.

This is one of his new accomplishments. He loves to reach for his giraffe and look how high he can hold his head....

Rolling over used to be so hard to do, now he does it all the time. What a rollie-pollie he has become.

He now can sit upright with a little assistance. If we let got though about a minute later he tips over..... he will figure it out.

We couldn't ask for a better baby. He is so cheerful

and brings such a wonderful spirit to our home!

Tyler's First Real Food!

Tyler was very anxious to get a taste at the glue looking substance that he was about to eat. Kenny tasted it...gross but then again its just rice cereal and then the first feeding was underway.


The spoon went in and amazingly the food stayed in, for a second anyway.



He kept looking down at the bowl while he was eating. He seemed to really want more cereal.










He started to get really full and once he gave us this look we knew he was done.





This is the happy baby that now has a full stomach and loved the new experience of eating people food....well sort of....

Camping 2007

3 stops for carsickness, an episode of getting lost and one forest fire warning later and we finally made it to Duck Creek. It was worth all the craziness to get there. Both Boys had such a blast. Zach ran free for four full days and Tyler enjoyed all the excitement!



Zach got his first taste at whiffle ball and loved playing with his cousin Walker.




He also got to use his first fishing pole to fish for what appeared to be a rock but Zach was positive it was a fish.


Tyler got his first taste of Marshmallow and cried when I took it away from him. I'm a mean mommy.







We played volleyball in the rain and stayed up late eating smores and playing games. Lot of fun..... It's what camping is all about!

This is us in Zion's National Park. Zach loved hiking the trails and throwing rocks in the water. Tyler just hung around and drooled a lot.

Zach loved Whiffle ball he kept wanting to go up to bat. He actually hit the ball a couple times. Such a blast.
