Zach the Super Hero

Before my Primary meeting Zach decided it was time to bust out all the moves and save the world. He wore it to my Primary meeting and got chocolate milk all over it. Even superheros need their milk. Strong bones, Strong heros....I guess.

What I heard on Easter....

Im working on something in the kitchen and I hear,"Tyler, hey Tyler, bend over bud." I look down and this is what I saw. Zach had stuffed Easter grass down Tyler's pants. What a nice brother.

Tyler loves cake! He had a wonderful birthday topped off by evidently one of his favorite things. Cake!

Who does the laundry- We both do... with me in school though Kenny has really stepped up and has been helping with the housework.
Who pays the bills- Kenny does right now I don't have time. It used to be me when I had nothing but time.

Who has more friends- Me, Im a bit of a social nut according to my husband. I love keeping in touch with my friends and making sure all of us get out of the house at times.
Who is more sensitive- I am, sometimes people disturb me a little too much and Kenny just shrugs.
Who has more siblings? He does...
Who wears the pants? We both wear pants? I sometimes wear skirts. Kenny on occasion will wear shorts with his socks up to his knees. Very very attractive. LOL.

Daddy's week off yeah!!

Today marked the beginning of daddy's week off. We went to the park and are on our way to the mall. Tomorrow the zoo....woohoooo! Here is a few cute pictures of the kids. Yes, it appears that Tyler might actually be doing better yah! Just in time for his birthday.

We sure love our Tyler man! He is such a wonderful boy. I have been very blessed. He even gave me the I love you sign in sign language. I thought it was the coolest thing. My boys make me happier every day!

My hero!

Sometimes Zachary can really have his moments. Today he proved himself worth an eternity of bad moments. We took Tyler to the doctor today for the same ear infection. It was your typical appointment. They checked him temperature 99 degrees referred us to a specialist for his ear that hasn't gotten better with any of the 3 meds that he has been given and then we were on our way. I loaded the kids in the car and then got on my cell to call Kenny to talk to him about the appointment. In the backseat I hear Zach say mom Tyler's shivering. For a brief moment I thought Zach was being silly because this is Arizona and it is nowhere near cold but then I knew I had to check. I leaped out of the car opened the car door and Tyler was having a seizure. I panicked, Pulled him gently out of the car, unbuckled Zach turned off the car locked it and bolted back into the doctors office. I yelled for a doctor said he was having a seizure and everyone came running. Luckily our office is attached to an urgent care but the next couple hours were full of no fun for Tyler. He had a temperature of 104 degrees after only 10 minutes previously being only 99 degrees. They put him on Oxygen, he was extremely lethargic and lifeless. After about 20 minutes he started to liven up a bit and they had to do blood draws for lab tests in which the nurse was older than dirt and took 5 stabs and still didn't get it so another nurse had to get it. He also got a shot of one antibiotic, has to take one orally, and Tylenol up the butt to lower the fever. His arms now have blood freckles all over them because of the wonderful rubber band apparatus they had on his little arms while the lady was trying to do her blood draws and he just looks so sad. I have never been so scared in my life. Sad part is I never would have known unless Zach said something. Tyler was still in a rear facing car seat until he is one and I honestly could not see anything that was going on with him until I got out of the car to walk around. This makes Zach my hero and Tyler's for that matter.
